Do I receive a proof before production?

A proof is not provided automatically. If you need clarification about wording or layout, contact us before ordering.

What should I expect the finished item to look like?

Product photos show examples of the available styles, materials, and overall appearance. Your item will be made using the personalization and options you submit. Slight color and material variations can occur.

Can you adjust my layout for me?

If you need a layout that isn’t shown in the product options, contact us before ordering. We’ll let you know what’s possible and help you choose the best approach.

What should I check before placing my order?

Review spelling, capitalization, punctuation, the selected style and material, and every personalization detail. Enter the wording exactly as you’d like it used.
