These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mymaravia.com and your purchase of products from My Maravia. My Maravia is operated by MyMaravia LLC. In these Terms, “My Maravia,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MyMaravia LLC.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. Eligibility and account information
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the website or placing an order.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping its credentials confidential and for activity performed through the account.
2. Products and personalization
Many My Maravia products are made using the personalization and product options submitted with an order. You are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, dates, punctuation, designs, materials, colors, product options, quantities, and other submitted details before checkout.
Product photographs show examples. Screen settings, natural material variation, production methods, and other reasonable differences may affect the finished appearance. My Maravia does not currently provide a live preview of a customer’s exact personalization unless expressly stated on the product page.
We may update, limit, or discontinue products and options. Changes do not affect an order that we have already accepted unless we contact you and agree on a change or provide another remedy required by law.
3. Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailable materials, production limitations, or an inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment, billing, and shipping information and authorize the payment method selected at checkout.
4. Changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Because personalized items enter production quickly, changes and cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once production begins, we cannot accept a cancellation for a change of mind, customer-entered personalization error, or item ordered by mistake.
5. Processing, shipping, and delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier transit begins after an order ships and is separate from production time. Rates, destinations, timing, split shipments, tracking, address issues, and delivery concerns are explained in our Shipping Policy.
If we cannot meet a stated shipment timeframe, we will provide notice and any choices required by applicable law.
6. Returns, refunds, and order issues
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, customer-entered error, or mistaken order once production begins. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or below our quality standards, contact us within seven days of delivery.
My Maravia does not require customers to physically return items when an order issue is reviewed. Available solutions are determined case by case and may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution. 7. Acceptable use
You may not use the website, products, or services to:
- Violate a law or another person’s rights
- Submit fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content or transactions
- Introduce malware or interfere with the website’s security or operation
- Scrape, copy, or access the website through automated means in a way that violates applicable law or our rights
- Impersonate another person or misuse another person’s account or payment information
We may restrict access or cancel affected orders when we reasonably believe the website or services are being used unlawfully, fraudulently, or harmfully.
8. Intellectual property
The website and its text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, videos, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to MyMaravia LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis.
You represent that you have the right to provide any names, logos, artwork, photographs, or other material submitted for an order. We may decline content that appears unlawful or infringes another party’s rights.
9. Reviews, photos, and feedback
If you voluntarily submit a review, photo, comment, or other content for publication, you retain ownership of it and give MyMaravia LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt it for operating and promoting My Maravia. This license applies only to content you choose to submit and is subject to our Privacy Policy.
You must have the right to submit the content, and it must not be unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringe another person’s rights. We may moderate or remove submitted content where permitted by law.
10. Third-party services and Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify, and the website may use payment processors, carriers, analytics services, applications, or links operated by third parties. MyMaravia LLC is the seller responsible for products purchased from My Maravia. Shopify provides the commerce platform but is not the seller of our products.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services that we do not control, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Privacy
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify’s automated privacy tools may update that policy as our store settings and services change.
12. Website availability and accuracy
We try to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, shipping information, and other website content accurate. Mistakes or interruptions may occur. We may correct information and make reasonable changes to the website. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include canceling the affected order and issuing a refund.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational features are provided “as available.” We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
These Terms do not exclude any product warranty, consumer guarantee, or other right that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyMaravia LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or an order when those losses were not reasonably foreseeable.
Where permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, liability for personal injury caused by negligence, non-waivable consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
15. Responsibility for unlawful use
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses or claims caused directly by your unlawful use of the website, your material breach of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person’s rights. This section does not require you to cover losses caused by MyMaravia LLC or waive a protection that cannot legally be waived.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory laws of your location apply. Nothing in this section prevents you from using a court, agency, or remedy available under applicable non-waivable law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted unless applicable law requires otherwise. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
18. Severability and entire agreement
If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be applied to the greatest extent permitted or severed, while the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms and the policies referenced here form the agreement governing use of the website and purchases from My Maravia, subject to any additional written terms agreed for a specific order.
