MyMaravia Keyword Planning privacy notice
Effective October 22, 2026.
This notice describes the initial MyMaravia Keyword Planning connector, operated by MyMaravia LLC for its authorized business operators. It supplements the store’s general privacy policy for this tool’s Google data practices.
Data requested
The connector sends product keyword seeds, the selected Ads customer identifier, language, geography, network and historical reporting window to Google. It receives keyword ideas and modeled historical search/advertiser metrics, including bid values when Google supplies them. Operators should use product terms, not customer names, contact details or other private customer data, as seeds. The initial connector does not retrieve customer lists, payment details or campaign-performance reports.
Purpose and access
These responses support MyMaravia’s product and listing research. The initial code only invokes Google’s read-only keyword-ideas method; it does not mutate ads, campaigns, billing or budgets. Google’s required Ads OAuth scope is broad, so the scope itself must not be described as read-only. Account permissions and the connector’s fixed method restrict actual operations.
Storage and retention
Keyword responses and their query, source, capture time, request identifier, account identifier and integrity metadata are retained in private files on business-controlled systems. Identical requests reuse monthly captures. The initial policy retains captures until explicit operator review; there is no automatic pruning. Missing metrics remain unknown. The data is not published by this connector.
Credentials and security
The initial connector accepts a short-lived access token in process memory and does not write it into source captures, source code or logs. Persistent refresh-token storage is not configured in this initial implementation. Any persistent credential setup must be reviewed before it is activated. Requests use HTTPS, and capture storage is limited to private local directories and files. No claim of perfect security is made.
Sharing and models
Google receives the authorization and keyword requests needed to provide its service. The connector does not sell Google data or send capture contents to a model-training service; it performs no AI inference. Any later sharing, publication or additional processing requires review of this notice and the tool’s actual data practices before activation.
Operator control
Authorized operators may stop the connector, revoke Google account access through Google’s account-permission controls, and request review or deletion of retained captures by contacting info@mymaravia.com. Revoking access does not itself delete files already retained on business systems. Source preservation and deletion are explicit operator actions.
