Product details
Give a chiropractor a polished personal detail for a chiropractic office, clinic desk, or reception space. This clear acrylic desk nameplate puts their name and optional professional title at the center, surrounded by artwork created for their field. It makes a thoughtful choice for a chiropractic graduate, new doctor, or practice owner.
Choose your design
- Nine typography styles
- Four profession-inspired background designs
- A light Beech or dark Walnut stained-hardwood base
- An optional free printed gift note
The shatter-resistant acrylic panel measures approximately 8 inches wide by 3 inches tall. The name, optional title, and edge artwork are permanently UV printed. Most of the panel remains clear, keeping the finished design light and easy to read. This is a non-LED nameplate with no lights, cords, batteries, or controls. Each piece is made to order in the USA.
Personalization
Enter the name exactly as you want it printed. Use the optional second line for a job title, credential, department, or another short subtitle. Longer wording may be adjusted slightly to keep the complete design balanced. Product photos show examples of the available styles and backgrounds; your nameplate will use the choices and wording you provide. Review spelling, capitalization, punctuation, style, background, and base before checkout.
To include a free printed gift note, select Gift note: Yes and enter the exact message you’d like enclosed.
